To enhance communication, strengthen teamwork, and create meaningful memories beyond the workplace, JOBON Laser organized a three-day, two-night team building trip to Qingdao. Under the theme:
“Together We Forge Ahead, Together We Prosper, Building Our Laser Dream!”
our team members came together to enjoy coastal scenery, cultural experiences, and moments of relaxation while strengthening the connection between colleagues.
Exploring Qingdao: A Journey Combining Nature, Culture, and Team Spirit
Qingdao, a beautiful coastal city known for its ocean views, historic architecture, and unique cultural atmosphere, provided an ideal destination for this team activity.
During this three-day journey, the team explored famous coastal landmarks and experienced the charm of Qingdao through different activities.
The first day began with a trip from Jinan to Huangdao. The team visited Golden Beach Scenic Area, known for its clear water, soft sand, and beautiful coastline. With a coastline extending over 3,500 meters, the beach offered a relaxing environment where team members could enjoy the seaside atmosphere together.
The team also visited Liansan Island and Yumingzui Fishing Village, enjoying coastal scenery, walking along seaside paths, and experiencing the peaceful atmosphere of a traditional fishing village.
After the day’s activities, everyone stayed together at a private homestay villa in Huangdao, creating more opportunities for team interaction, communication, and relaxation.
Experiencing Qingdao Culture and City Highlights
On the second day, the team continued exploring Qingdao city.
The journey included visits to:
- Xiaoyushan Park
- Qingdao Beer Museum
- Badaguan Scenic Area
- May Fourth Square
- Olympic Sailing Center
At Qingdao Beer Museum, team members learned about the history and culture of Qingdao beer, experiencing the transformation from traditional brewing workshops to modern production processes.
At Badaguan Scenic Area, the team enjoyed the unique combination of European-style architecture and coastal scenery. The area is famous for its peaceful environment, seasonal landscapes, and historic villas.
The visit to May Fourth Square and the Olympic Sailing Center allowed everyone to experience Qingdao’s modern city atmosphere and the spirit of openness represented by this coastal city.

The final day of the trip included a sea sightseeing experience, where the team viewed Qingdao’s coastline from the ocean and enjoyed a different perspective of the city.
