The On-Site Nitrogen Generator is designed for laser welding and cutting applications, providing a stable and continuous nitrogen supply without relying on traditional gas cylinders.

Using PSA nitrogen generation technology, the system integrates air purification, nitrogen generation, and storage to produce high-purity nitrogen on demand. Available in ZHN-01, ZHN-02, and ZHN-03 models, it delivers 20NL/min, 40NL/min, and 60NL/min nitrogen flow with 95%–99.999% purity.

Equipped with nitrogen purity display, smart PLC control, pressure monitoring, filtration system, and complete accessories, it ensures stable gas quality and reliable operation. Compared with nitrogen cylinders, it reduces gas costs, eliminates cylinder storage and transportation, and improves welding consistency for continuous production.
