To enhance communication, strengthen teamwork, and create meaningful memories beyond the workplace, JOBON Laser organized a three-day, two-night team building trip to Qingdao. Under the theme:<\/p>\n
our team members came together to enjoy coastal scenery, cultural experiences, and moments of relaxation while strengthening the connection between colleagues.<\/p>\n

Qingdao, a beautiful coastal city known for its ocean views, historic architecture, and unique cultural atmosphere, provided an ideal destination for this team activity.<\/p>\n
During this three-day journey, the team explored famous coastal landmarks and experienced the charm of Qingdao through different activities.<\/p>\n
The first day began with a trip from Jinan to Huangdao. The team visited Golden Beach Scenic Area, known for its clear water, soft sand, and beautiful coastline. With a coastline extending over 3,500 meters, the beach offered a relaxing environment where team members could enjoy the seaside atmosphere together.<\/p>\n
The team also visited Liansan Island and Yumingzui Fishing Village, enjoying coastal scenery, walking along seaside paths, and experiencing the peaceful atmosphere of a traditional fishing village.<\/p>\n
After the day’s activities, everyone stayed together at a private homestay villa in Huangdao, creating more opportunities for team interaction, communication, and relaxation.<\/p>\n

On the second day, the team continued exploring Qingdao city.<\/p>\n

At Qingdao Beer Museum, team members learned about the history and culture of Qingdao beer, experiencing the transformation from traditional brewing workshops to modern production processes.<\/p>\n
At Badaguan Scenic Area, the team enjoyed the unique combination of European-style architecture and coastal scenery. The area is famous for its peaceful environment, seasonal landscapes, and historic villas.<\/p>\n
The visit to May Fourth Square and the Olympic Sailing Center allowed everyone to experience Qingdao\u2019s modern city atmosphere and the spirit of openness represented by this coastal city.<\/p>\n

The final day of the trip included a sea sightseeing experience, where the team viewed Qingdao\u2019s coastline from the ocean and enjoyed a different perspective of the city.<\/p>\n
